Muy buen producto, cumple muy bien su función
Cumple muy bien su función, lo instale en mi camioneta Ford F150 2017 porque el original ya estaba roto y no cumplía la función. Ahora la compuerta baja suave.

BUY THIS - will be one of your top truck upgrades!!
Every truck owner should buy this!!! My Ford F-150 tailgate when opened can slam down, however, with this upgrade, my wife and the kids can open the tailgate with one-hand and watch it slowly drop down without slamming!! It’s a wonder to me why new trucks don’t include these??The installation is quite easy and quick without modification to your truck! Once installed, you hardly notice it and just enjoy the ease of opening your tailgate.* I bought one (get the right model) for my son-in-law’s F-250 and his dad’s F-350 - they also love the upgrade!

Trash. Dangereous Trash At That.
Well. I don't even know what to write about this thing. I installed it on my 2023 F150 and it it seemed like a good product. Of course, that's when the truck wasn't moving. It lasted a single trip back and forth and....well, I don't know where it is. It fell off somewhere on the highway. I pray to God it didn't take out anyone behind me because I don't know where it went! The part that failed was the hydraulic tube itself. Apparently, it just randomly broke! I'm guessing once one side of it wasn't attached the other side could not handle the highway vibration and it it must have somehow fallen between the tailgate and underside the truck. I checked the bottom of the truck. It's not stuck somewhere under it. The part is absolutely and utterly just gone! So, I'm a bit upset to be honest. If I could give this zero stars I would!!!! The picture I'm including shows where the top of the hydraulic failed. You can see the head is still attached to the bolt head.
