My mom wears overnight pull up disposable briefs and would leak through her clothes everyday, especially overnight. This pad acts as a booster to give extra absorbency and prevent leaks. You just lay the pad inside the brief, like a maxi pad, and pull them up. The pad does not have a barrier so liquid will flow through to the brief, but it will give you the absorbency of another brief. These pads have reduced my mom's daily brief changes and overnight leaks. She raves about these things and always talks about how soft they feel. If you want to stop constantly changing expensive briefs and cleaning up leaks, this is the thing for you. They appear to be unisex by having the same dimensions on each end. Do not use these pads with cloth briefs or diapers that are not made for incontinence.

I’m not sure who these are for. They don’t have any absorbency. All they do is make the diaper more bulky. Very disappointed in these.

This product does the job but is just to big and bulky for me.

There is NO adhesive to keep in place!! If you're wearing incontinence underwear you have to reposition the pad when you use the toilet.
