New Balance Men's 813 V1 Hook and Loop Walking Shoe

Good fit and comfortable...my 1 size larger since they didn't have my size 2wide...it works for me !

Thank you Amazon we have been trying to find these shoes on stores with no luck. Because of the Velcro and ease of how the go on these are what we needed for a family member who has a difficult time getting shoes on. They are very durable and fit well.

They are a nice shoe, but they are a little tight and I order a size 13 wide and got medium. I did not pay attention and did not send them back.

Excellent product. Just limited sizes available. Hoping the regular size was wide enough but these are a true B width. Need wide width. Sadness

I'm really hard on shoes, as an old guy who has suffered a Lisfranc break, and my feet aren't happy in any of the shoes I wore before breaking my foot. I must have a shoe that I can put custom arch support in, it must be easy to put on, and it must allow extra cushioning up in the mid foot area. When I first was recovering from the break, I used the highly recommended New Balance 928s. They worked well for me but were pretty pricey and they didn't last long (about a year). So the next time around I decided to try the 813s, which seemed to have all the same features but at half the price. Those shoes lasted a full three years so I recently followed up with replacements using the same model. I highly recommend these shoes. I do a lot of walking with my dog, and hiking on the close by foothills of the Wasatch Mountains. They were just as comfortable as the 928s and much cheaper. When I do a long distance hike, I use some good hiking boots, but for the short ones (most days in the spring to fall period) I just stick with the New Balance. For my particular foot, the arch support that comes with the shoe (I had to replace it for a couple of years post break) is adequate, using some inexpensive Dr. Scholls to add the extra padding I need right under the metatarsals that broke.

I was pleasantly surprised at what a good fit these shoes gave me. Coupled with Amazon's "try before you pay" offer, my experience was as good as I could have gotten in a brick-and-mortar store. Perhaps better because I could try out my new shoes in the environments where I would be wearing them, and that is a real plus when you consider that in a box store, you only get to walk up and down an aisle and that is really not the best way to consider if the shoe will really be a "best fit" for you. In summary, I love these shoes and I appreciate the Amazon "try before you buy" offer. I am a delighted customer!

No duraron nada ya que bienen como tipo tostados o ya estaban muy viejos , se rompieron muy facil y a pedazitos de la suela

Para las personas con alguna limitación física que les imposibilite atarse las agujetas, es una muy buena solución.

the first pair of shoes I purchased on line.. they came quickly, were exactly the right size and have been very comfortable.. I bought them for a political campaign I was door knocking for which saw 15-20,000 steps a day for 4 months.. the shoes worked great.
