Poor quality!!! Disgusting!!!
The winder broke on first use!!! Don't be fooled by the brand name and packaging. This is made out of very brittle plastic that will crack and crumble at the joint of the winder as you use it.If I had not thrown out the packaging and receipt, I will definitely return and ask for a refund. oh. well, lesson learned. Stay away from this one.

Never buy this trash
The worst purchase I’ve ever done.Couldn’t use it for 1 continues minute.When you rotate to loosen the strings the screw will unscrew instead and the handle will get apart
