No instructions
It did not come with instructions, but the You Tube video of the FK918-C were very good. The assembly of the chair was easy. I suggest using a Chapman ratchet allen wrench set.

Not sure about the base but so far OK
This was a quick assembly, 10 to 15 minutes and that was because I was substituting a few parts (wheels, cylinder) as I built it.I'm not sure how I feel about the base though - it's actually six separate parts, screwed together. The arms of the base just don't seem that sturdy. I'm guessing that's where the weight limit comes into play. It's not very comfortable, but I wasn't looking for something to lounge in for hours, this was something I needed for when I bounce between stations in my recording studio at home. And the lowest setting is about the perfect height for my full sized electronic piano.

Great Chair!
I purchased this chair as a companion piece for a small PC desk also purchased at Amazon. It took me 45 mins. to assemble, the directions were easy and spot on. It has filled my needs exactly, small foot print, comfortable and sturdy. Very happy with this purchase. (If I can assemble it anyone can, Im in my 80's & female)

Great Chair
Great chair! Easy to assemble and comfortable. Soft cushion. Doesn’t hurt your back or butt even if you sit for more than two hours.

NOT Ergonomic and Poorly Manufactured
The media could not be loaded. An ergonomic seat is supposed to enable you to sit upright. This seat is angled back. If you rest your back against it's backrest for support, you end up looking at the upper corner of your ceiling, not the monitor. Then to see the monitor, you will need to do the very unergonomic act of tilting your head forward. Ergonomic chairs are supposed to PREVENT this from happening. If you sit up, then you're doing all the work yourself, and there's no support from the chair. The only improvement this chair brings over my card table chair is the wheels and adjustment of height. On top of all that is the shoddy workmanship where two of the screws to hold the arm rests against the bottom of the seat can't catch the threads in the seat because the threads in the seat are too far recessed into the seat for the bolts to catch the thread. Please see the attached videoI would need to cut down the M6 x 25mm extra bolt I used in place of the M6 x 20, and then buy another M6 x 25, or longer bolt to cut down to accommodate the seat. I don't have bolt cutters and I don't care to pay $30 for a pair just to salvage this chair. This is unacceptable for a $160 chair. Time for a refund.

Warranty coverage
The chair is fine, the price reasonable. However trying to register it for warranty coverage was/is a nightmare.I've finally just given up, hoping I will never need the warranty.

Easy to assemble, great support and moves easily
I have been using this chair since October and really like it! It was easy to assemble and have provided me great support for my back as I continue to work from home these past couple of months. I had a different chair before, but no wheels or lack a lot of cushion. When I got this chair, the instructions were pretty easy to follow and I was able to do it in less than 30 minutes. I did read through the intructions carefully first to make sure I understand that I was doing. A lot of times I do start trying to assemble before reading the insructions, but took my time here because I didn't want this chair to break on me while I was possibly sitting in a meeting! Well, the instructions were straightforward. I like how the arms can go up and down. The chair does glide very easily on my bedroom floors and the seat adjusts smoothly too. I might try and look for wheels that have built in stoppers or maybe just get a thin rug to go underneath the chair. Overall, I like the chair and it meets my needs for my home office which I will actually only be there part time as I will be going back into the office a couple days for a hybrid wfh schedule.
