Just buy this, you'll love it!
Bought this for the far corner of my yard where we don't have a hose bib nearby. Ran a 100 ft hose along the fence to this so I have accessible water back there. Install was super easy with a drill, just 4 screws. I chose to mount it behind a big tree as opposed to the wooden fence and it looks great. From the front you can't even see it. The hose itself, the housing, and retract mechanism feel really solidly built. I've tested it out already and it works awesome. The only thing I would improve is the sprayer head, it works well so far but feels a little light. Expected a heftier sprayer but no complaints. One thing I thought was unusual was that the hose sprayer setting "rinse" seems to be what is normally "jet" on other sprayers. Haven't seen it called that before but works just great. At this price point, just buy this! You'll love it!

Super cool!
I had to quickly set some of this product up a few weeks ago prior to leaving my beloved garden for vacay and am now backtracking to make this system solid and exactly what I need, BUT the process very easy. I bought two sets (one box was missing the 1/2 inch cord - Amazon is replacing) and would recommend making sure you get the newest set - the connectors are much easier to use in the new version. The most important thing is to lay the primary cord out and then determine where you want the emitters to be before cutting anything (atleast that is what I did - but only after a couple of mix ups - fortunately you get a ton of 1/4 cord which is the cord I kept adjusting). My only concern is water pressure - I think I was over ambitious and maybe overloaded the primary cable. I am purchasing an additional set that also has a 12 cable manifold for the main garden bed and will move the originally purchased sets to the other side of the yard/garden. Also ordering additional connectors and cable, because I would like to take this to the end of my yard - BUT may end up just using a soaker hose (the rest of the yards is just flowers). I think because of my learning curve this project has cost more $$$ than it should...but I still feel good about it overall!

Nice little system
Nice little kit that was easy to assemble. I did have to buy 1 more 4 way connector, a few more heads, plus a 3-way main line splitter, and some extra 1/2" tubing. Note that the drip line tubing at Home Depot doesn't fit because of a larger internal diameter, better to go with tubing from Amazon. This is a much more efficient way of watering, hopefully it will help keep my water bill lower this summer.Oh, also, I figured out if you have a bit of thick plastic, you can use that in place of an end cap on one side of a connector to finish a row.

saves a lot of time
There were enough pieces and tubes to do all the plants on my deck, saves me a lot of time and is more reliable than my hand watering. Timer and tubes are in season two with no problems. The instructions for the tubes and connections were a little short but not hard to figure out on my own. Dipping the tubes in hot water helped with the connections.

Works really well!
Love this irrigation system! We actually purchased 2 for our raised garden beds. It was easy to put together, but the only issue we had was that we didn't have enough pressure going to all of the attachments which is what caused us to buy 2.

Works ok, not great. Expect repairs frequently.
I bought two of these setups and am currently using them both. On one, the faucet connector cracked after only 10 days of use. You have to zip-tie or otherwise secure at every fitting of they pop right off. Even if you try heating them to shrink. A couple of the nipple for the different sprayers snapped off while putting the tubing on. Expect to constantly troubleshoot this system, it’s not a “set it up and let it work” deal. Monitor it every few days or your plants will regret it.

So much more convient
The tubing is great and the drip connectors are so much easier than poking a bunch of holes in tube especially if you have to change the location of the drip, the old type always leaks when you put the plugs in.
