Stripper works well, but ordered two: one came empty cuz it had no lid and leaked in internal plastic bag. Informed shipped and will update with resolution.

Truly is a miracle! Sealant came off with little effort. I have tried many other stripper and had no luck with any of them. I would recommend this product with no reservations.

Just before I moved into my new (newly tiled) house, I hired a guy to seal the GROUT. He told me that I couldn't be there while he was working, and that I shouldn't come back to house until the next day. When I did so, I was shocked to see that he had put high gloss sealer over the entire tiles. The concrete-looking tile that I had loved, now looked horrible. And I had paid him $1600 for that job! The first thing I did upon move in was to buy a product to remove the sealer. It required a lot of work, and didn't work. Then I ordered Miracle Finish Sealer Remover and it worked beautifully.
