I had been researching a probiotic while reading up on tips for an upcoming cruise. The article recommended this one as not only an everyday supplement but if you are traveling it's good to take a probiotic to help your digestive system with different foods you will be eating when traveling and that can sometimes be upsetting to our systems. I am happy with my purchase and while I have just started taking this product it has so far been good. They are easy to swallow, have no aftertaste and I did not feel any negative side effects.

I have been taking Vitamin Bounty Probiotics for 5 years now, and I have no intention of stopping!!! Five years ago I survived the flu, but not surprisingly came down with at least two secondary infections that knocked me off of my feet. The antibiotic prescribed by the doctor was a strong one to say the least. I knew I needed a solid probiotic to help balance my gut and then rebuild my immune system. Vitamin Bounty products met that need. I liked the fact that there were at least 13 different strains of probiotics in each capsule. Additionally, it included some strains that actually counteracted diarrhea--whether from the antibiotic or from some of the other strains. Well, that variety and balance of strains was exactly what my body needed. I have been overall healthy for the past five years, and I think that is in large part due to my consistent intake of a consistently good product. Here's to another great five years and beyond!!
