Just what I was looking for! Great handheld fit
Until I bought this, I had tried it all during my long runs. Fanny packs, hydration vests, belts, cross-body bags. None of it felt right. Then switched to this handheld, and I don't think I'll try another form of water bottle again for running. If you're someone who needs a minimally invasive way to stay hydrated during runs, and carry a few gels or small snacks with you, this is it. I love how you can tighten the strap to fit your hand to stay snug in place.

Perfect for Short Runs
Got this for my shorter runs, can hold your wallet etc, but pocket is to small for the larger phones, my iphone pro max does not fit! but other then that perfect water bottle. So far holds up well to my short runs, have a hydration pack for my longer runs!

A perfect 10
The last one I purchased lasted 10 years and about 20,000 miles of running/hiking/climbing. Fill it, chunk it in the freezer and you have cold water for an hour and a half at least in the blazing sun. Double insulated, very durable. It's my go to running companion. Fits to your hand like a glove with a nice zippered pouch to put keys, cash, wallet in. Lightweight too. I expect to get a lot of years and a lot of miles out of this new one I ordered. Luv this quick draw flask.

Fits perfectly in the hand
I bought this after getting caught in the heat without water on a long run. It is the perfect size and fits perfectly in the hand. It’s very easy to carry. Even if I’m pretty thirsty this lasts me a good 3-4 miles when I can usually fill up at another fountain. I have another pocket for my phone in my running shorts so I can carry snacks and everything I need in the pouch. It’s great to have it loaded and ready to go after a quick fill up. When running at night the reflectors make a big difference for you to be seen. I have taken this on long runs up to and over 2 hours. Overall, this has been an incredibly versatile bottle for me and helped me beat the heat on hot runs.
