I've just changed it to 1-star because this dishonest company has contacted me multiple times outside of the Amazon messaging system offering to PAY me to remove my review. Instead, I've changed it to 1-star and reported the information to Amazon's fraud department. Do not trust ANY of these reviews, or this company.When I powered on the projector I was instantly impressed. It's a beautiful light show, and looks far more impressive than my existing star projector, which cost twice as much.Unfortunately I have to return this projector. The reason is because the product uses an RF remote instead of an IR remote. While an RF remote is nice because it has much further range than an IR remote, the problem is many LED light systems (as well as this projector) are all keyed to the same frequency. So when I turn on this projector and adjust it, 4 other LED light strips in my home (even those in different rooms and on different floors) are randomly altered each time I press a button on the projector's remote. This won't work for me, as I'd have to power off each of the other 4 LED strips every time I want to use the star projector.Added to the above, there are no physical buttons on the unit, so you MUST use the remote to turn it on and change the settings. Because of this design choice, it's impossible to use this unit without the remote. If you lose the remote or it stops working, your projector is a brick. If you have LED lighting controlled by RF, this remote will almost certainly interfere with it.If you are okay with being required to use the remote, and if you don't have any existing RF-controlled LED lighting, then you'll love this projector. I really hate to return it, but I have no choice. The addition of physical buttons to control the device would make this an easy 5-star purchase.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This is my second Galaxy Projector because I'm comparing them.I chose this one because it has a remote, but it lost a point for:1) ONLY having a remote. There aren't any control buttons on the projector itself so if you lose the remote...no way to continue use.2) Included in the 4 start rating is that I wish there were more settings for the brightness level of the stars. It's either super bright or barely there.Other than that, I like it!1) The speed selection for the nebula is nice. I had a version with an app control & when on the fastest setting I felt like it barely moved at times. This one, it truly moves fast or slow depending on your preference. (Note, you can't control the speed of the nebula and stars separately.)2) I like the selection of brightness level on the nebula.While not perfect, if given a choice between the app controlled version or this one, this one wins! Just be sure to never lose the remote and have spare batteries on around!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This projector is not the typical led lighting with a plastic cover of cut out stars. This thing projects multiple blended colors and galaxy type patterns that would see at an astronomy or science center. The round lens gives a full projection and casts over the entire ceiling. The lighting does move and the remote can adjust the speed and cycle through different color patterns. Remote is responsive and thicker with more durability than those thin rectangle remotes that use a round watch battery.

This light is so bright and stunning. It offers 3 paces of movement and 3 levels of brightness. You can opt for just the smoke or just the lasers. Im 30 and mesmerized so I can only imagine a child receiving this cool gift! It has a remote that allows you to change the settings and is extremely quite.

It was great while it lasted, but only 2 months isn’t worth the money or my child’s heartbreak.My grandma had me order this for my son for Christmas. I just tried it out and it looks amazing! I have to admit, I’m a little jealous, I want one for my room to help me relax at the end of the day. The video doesn’t do it justice but I hope it helps give you an idea of the quality.

I love this little thing. We originally bought it for our anniversary. Now We use it as a night light as we’re getting ready for bed and it’s so relaxing. I also bring it in the bathroom with me for my baths in the dark. It’s the best thing ever.It’s does take a while to get the hang of all the different settings on the remote. It would have been nice if there were a few more buttons on there but you get it eventually.Also, if that light gets in your eye when your walking by or happen to be reaching over it or something it’s terrible lol And it’s hard to avoid it because the light bulb lens itself doesn’t rotate or move directions. You have to literally move the projector itself to face it away from you which will just blind someone else lol So watch out for that. I wish the lens had more motion so you could move it to a different side of the room instead of having to put the projector in the perfect position.Those 2 reasons are why I gave 4 stars.

I bought this at the time that I was moving so I had misplaced the remote and I asked the seller if I could order the remote by itself and he kindly replied back and let me know not to worry and that I should be receiving it in the mail. And what I got was a new box with the projector and remote. I was really happy and couldn’t of asked for a better customer service. Also this projector is excellent and would definitely recommend purchasing it for a gift or even for yourself!

My kids have both had so much fun with this rotating galaxy projector. The like to take it into the basement where it can always be dark so they can use it during the day, too. The colors are very saturated and blend in and out beautifully. The different setting have been fun to explore. This is so easy to "set-up" and use that my son does it all on his own now. It's substantially sized but not too heavy to easily move around.

This is a generally good product. It has less reach on a surface than the "spaceship" style projector I had but it has a great/better projection design in my opinion. You can aim and place the projector anywhere in your room.There is a good choice of colors, modes and settings (blue/green, red, green/red, green, blue, cycle through colors, pastel, pink, speed, brightness and the laser stars) I was a little scared it wouldn't be what I wanted but it looks so much better in real life than in photos and is extremely relaxing.In terms of the actual machine I have only had it for two days and I have no clue how long it will last, I have no major issues at the moment.Definitely recommend and is worth the price. :)
