I recently purchased this handloom cotton yoga mat from âNettie Yogaâ. Now that I've used it for almost a week, here's my honest review.I really liked this yoga mat. Perfect yoga mat for a yoga practitioner. It's anti-skid, so you don't slip when you do yoga poses, it's calming and beautiful, and it's cotton, which is why I love it so much. It comes with a beautiful mat bag, so you can carry it around easily. The material is durable and long-lasting. I highly recommend this yoga mat.

Good cotton option
Good product. The rubber texture on the reverse side avoids the mat from moving .The cloth bag is convenient and chic.

Nice mat!
Once put on floor, it is not easy to slide it in either direction. You have to make active effort to move it. Grip on the mat while yoga is also good and it is soft at the same time.

Review after 10 months of regular use
+ Colour looks nice+ Comes with a bag- Too thin, I need to use another pad below my knees for some poses- Anti slip does not work at all indoors on smooth tile, but works outside on rougher flooring. Pretty disappointing.- Folds at the corners just showed up and aren't going awayOverall I don't think it's worth buying at this price point. I got this because I didn't want any of the rubbery ones but I might just switch to those as they're atleast comfortable.

DON'T BUY.! The cotton just comes off.
I don't have a photo because i've thrown the mat away. The cotton on the top comes off in just 2days while doing even basic asanas. the durability is very bad. Please don't buy. Total waste of money. I haven't even used it on the 3rd day. The cotton on the top disintegrates into fine particles and it can go inside your nose or food or anything. Very very bad. I would not even recommend it for sitting asanas.

Very smooth surface leading to slipping of feet
While moving from one posture to another of surya namaskar the feet slips on the mat. The mat is not slipping from the floor, but the top of the mat is smooth because of which the feet slips

Great quality.
What I disliked from this mat was it can get a little slippery while doing yoga if you sweat too much. But over all i have been really liking this mat.
