Cruise ships require any power strip to be non-surge protected. So when I saw this one I had to get it for our cruise that we just returned from. I bought the one with a 5-foot cord, and it was more than long enough. I really like how the plug fits flat and the cord goes down to the side. It has two holes on the back if you want to hang this on a wall. It works perfectly. We used all of the openings with no problem. Since it is lightweight, I will take this on any trip, because sometimes older hotels don't have enough outlets or don't have them in a convenient location. Highly recommended.

Good product worked great for my toolbox just the right size

This power strip does not have a surge protector and therefore can be used on board ships. Habing both USB-A and USB-C slots is very handy. The AC outlets are spaced enough to accommodate some medium size items next to each other, but not large ones. The cord is quite long and solidly constructed.

I bought this for my home. It works great. When I went on a cruise, I realized why they call this a "cruise ship essential". I didn't bring it unfortunately. I won't make that mistake again.
