Edmond Fallot Dijon Mustard 7.4 Oz (2-Pack)

We bought this exact mustard on our vacation in France. When we ran out, we quickly ordered more.

I'm no culinary expert however I do recognize a good food , condiment, etc. .... , when I taste it. This is IMHO very good Dijon mustard! Be careful though, it will make your eyes water! I like that! Seller Deal 26 shipped good in date product and was received intact and undamaged.

I love this mustard!!! I could eat it with a spoon right out of the jar.I use this for everything you would use mustard for.

"Product of France- but made lighter for American tastes"I lived in Paris for work for several months and I would buy this mustard at some of the specialty stores.The Edmond Fallot Dijon Mustard there was the best mustard i have ever had. I think i became addicted it to. It was the kind that if you sniffed inside a used bottle your nostrils would burn with delight. Incredibly, deliciously strong.I bought back a few bottles with me from France when I came home, but of course those bottles didn't last me long.When I saw these on amazon I was Beyond happy!Sadly, when I opened it though i realized that this wasn't what i had hoped it would be. This mustard, to me, lacked a lot of flavor and sharpness that even the mustards offered in the Cafe's in France had.I will say that this package came very quickly and all the jars were packaged safely.Other people seem to enjoy it and as i said previously, nothing was wrong at all with the delivery- I feel bad to give them only 3 stars.I, however, thought this mustard was very lacking- but i realize that is just my personal taste.If you want nostril burning mustard (and you have a high spice tolerance) this is NOT for you.

I love mustard and have many types at home: dijon, stone ground, whole mustard seed, Grey Poupon, Mister Mustard, French’s, horseradish mustard, Inglehofer, Trader Joe’s. This Edmund Fallot mustard has a serious bite and wonderful flavor. Texture is smooth and goes equally well with sharp cheeses or in a homemade vinaigrette. The sharp dijon taste is really piquant and I always keep a couple of jars in the pantry. Only (minor) complaint is that the texture is a bit thin, but that makes it better to emulsify or add to other recipes. I can’t say enough about this wonderful mustard. :-)

The best

BEST and most flavorful Dijon mustard I've ever tasted. Stands above all the others so far. Packed very well for travel, arrived intact safe and sound - and it is just great. Only used it once so far, but well worth the wait in finding it and will be ordering more in the near future!!!
