This works well on flat surfaces, Mirrors, windows and walls. Unfortunately my tiles have dips and ridges where water runs down when using this window vac. Also I have yet to get the handle to stay long. No matter how many times I turn the thing that is supposed to secure the handle in the long length, it still collapses while using it. There does not appear to be anything in the instructions that tell me what I should be doing to secure the handle in place.

Great device, good value for money, used to clean floor to ceiling windows and It works perfectly. Recommended!ps. Attention when you plug the soap spray dispenser, it's not possible to unplug it, so if you prefer to use it as it is think about it :)

Easy to use and does a good job.Unfortunately it stopped working 3 days ago. Charging light initially stayed on but device wouldn't work.Day or so later the light started flashing but device still not working!Disappointing as only purchased it on 19/1/23 ☹️Even more disappointing is the suppliers response for my request for a replacement or refund - 3 auto generated 'holding' messages and nothing more.Avoid!Update 12/8/23 - seller has finally agreed to send replacement. Will update review once received.Update 15/8/23 -replacement has arrived and is working!3 star rating reinstated.

Like it as we bought it for the bathroom and with the long handle it will reach up to the ceiling and dries off the tiles beautifully. Also easy to use lower down with the long handle taken off.

Amazing how much condensation this can remove, the fact this cleans the window is just a bonus at the moment. So easy to use, not very noisy, good suction (if kept at the correct angle)A couple of points to consider ... works better if held in as flat an angle against the window as possible, use the extension pole for high bits and remove for lower areas. To fit the pole, unscrew the black bit on the end of the pole (until you can see the thread) then push into the handle and twist. Screw the black bit fully back up to hold the vacuum securely. Once we worked this out it was easy to clean our high windows. A few drips at the edges of the blade but take it slowly to reduce this. Take note of the max fill line, you need to empty it regularly, we just empty into one of the houseplants. Keep the end clean to prevent streaks. Totally love this and realise that this means I really need to get out more!!! Using daily and still working fine after a few weeks. Have recommended to friends.
