I have been taking this vitamin for a decade now. I take 2 pills (400 IU) and every year I got a good level of vitamin D in my blood test. Do not forget to accompany it with vitamin K-2.

It can sometimes be difficult to compare supplements as the reported measurements can be IU, MG, or MCG. When my husband had his last physical, he was deficient in vitamin D3. So, he started taking another brand that was 1000I U (25 mcg). His most recent physical revealed that he was still deficient in vitamin D3.I have been taking this vitamin D3 supplement that is 2000 IU (50 mcg) and is also fermented. Granted the dosage is twice what my husband was taking, but, in my research, I found out that fermented supplements, such as this one, are more readily absorbed. I also appreciate that this D3 supplement is made from non-GMO whole foods rather that being made from synthetic or GMO ingredients. So far, my vitamin D3 is at a good level. It is also important to note the vitamin D3 helps with the absorption of calcium to build bones. By using this vitamin D3 in conjunction with my calcium supplement (also New Chapter), my bone density has increased with each test in the last 6 years. Not bad at 77 years of age!!Based on my experience, I would recommend this brand for a vitamin D3 supplement. My husband has decided to switch to this brand. I hope this review was helpful for you.

This product literally changed my life !!! I went to the doctor in 2023 to get an annual preventative check and later found out my vitamin D was super low ranging at 5 which is INSANE and overly deficient. Healthy vitamin D levels should be ranging between 30-40. After I found out I was deficient I’ve been taking this product ever since and my vitamin D is now at an outstanding 36 !!! My doctor said to start taking 2000 is Vit D3 daily with a meal that contains fat for absorption. I did my research and chose this brand. Easy to swallow a round tablet, not gel coated. I don’t taste anything as I swallow the pill pretty quickly with water. I will see in 6 months if there has been any improvement in my vitamin D bloodwork. I will update on quality & effectiveness later!

The media could not be loaded. I just finished my first bottle of new chapter vitamin D three fermented. I have noticed big changes. I am 58 years old and I get my blood vitamin levels checked every five years. This last time around I was low in vitamin D. This was surprising since I live in Florida And work outside part time. I tried this supplement because of the reviews, and I have not been disappointed. Yes, it cost a lot more, but because of how it made me feel it is well worth it. I waited one week before re-ordering after I ran out and the change was significant. I noticed the change in vitality and stamina. I will be subscribing to receive a bottle monthly from now on.
