We bought this mat mainly because of the low price, but it turned out to be one of the best purchases for tummy time. It's very cost effective way to keep an infant interested and not crying during tummy time. It’s a great size, noticeably larger than some of the others we looked at, and has had zero leaks. The six floating animals inside the water move around just enough to keep our son's attention, and he loves watching them. Also, as stated in the sales page, no weird smells. It fills up on the bottom quickly.The colors are vibrant, the material feels durable, and it seems like it can take some pushing and grabbing without tearing. The water stays cool, which has been a bonus during the hot summer days, and the surface is soft enough for him to relax on, almost like a baby water bed. It’s well made, fun, and a great way to keep him engaged while strengthening his neck. Highly recommend it.

The price was perfect and delivered quickly. Only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is its slightly cumbersome to try and fill with water, a funnel would be helpful.

Ive had this product since my baby was about 3-4 months old and he his now 9 months. Me personally my baby wasnt even interested in this product until he was around 6-7 months and even till this day he doesnt seem very interested. He will poke around on it for a few and then move on.. i personally never had a mold issue with it because i added vinegar in when i added the water. I would drain it every couple months though in case you just keep the water in for a while. It seems to hold up pretty well and easy to use i just think it was it for my baby.

Baby loved this! We were having trouble with tummy time and he was obsessed with this. It was colorful and durable. I will say, it is easy to forget the water in there and it does mold, even after thoroughly following directions. I boiled my water and even added a touch of vinegar to it. It was my fault I forgot about it still filled up under the couch after a trip out of town. I don’t like to waste money, but for the price, I wasn’t terribly upset I had to throw it away and get a new one because it was worth it. If you are good at changing the water and following the directions prior to filling, it should last awhile!

I was getting bored (and so was my LO) of holding up a book or a toy to keep them invested in tummy time. We've never really had a fussy baby during tummy time (thankfully), but I thought this would be a great addition to our tummy time stations. First, it really wasn't that bad to fill up although I wish I had a funnel. I boiled water in a large pot, scooped the water into a pyrex measuring dish, and filled it up. I accidentally added too much cleaner and it gets a little bubbly, but I don' really care because I don't want mold inside this thing.Little man really likes it so far! I also like that he can literally drool all over it and I just wipe it right off to clean. The design is great because he can put his chest on the air border and concentrate on looking at the little sea creatures. Colors are vibrant and catches his eye. He will grow up the next few months using this regularly!
