Works great.

The lights are on the end of the device!
The charger works great and is lightweight and waterproof. The ease of use was knocked down because it is not clear at all where to look for the lights. I put the charger out during daytime and the end of the charger was against the wall of the golf cart floorboard. I kept my eyes on what I thought were the lights on the long end of the device, but this is just a label describing what each of the lights really do or mean. Only because i went out and checked on the cart at nighttime did I see a light glowing on cord end of the device. I already had a service call put in and kept it so I could provide that feedback. To rectify the issue (since the customer service rep had already heard this multiple times), put it in the FAQ's ... or in the manual noting where the lights are ... are on the label on the device with an arrow to the next side of the device noting to look there.

Made in the U.S.A......... great stuff
So far so good, the charger operates as I expected. I had to return the two previous chargers due to being inoperable when they arrived ( Made in the POC... CHINA)When I came across FORM it was a no brainer, Made in the USA, a bit more expensive but well worth it.The FORM charger works flawlessly. Fast charging (4hrs from .25 charge).

Charger doing its thing!
Have a 2008 EZGO TXT with new batteries but an old battery meter. Wasn't confirming batteries were charged. Charger that came with it has a yellow light that was suppose to turn green when done charging. Could never differentiate between the yellow and green. This new charger works like a charm. Plug in and red light flashes and fan runs. In a short amount of time, light turns green and fan turns off and I now know that the batteries are charged. Easy to use and I hung on the wall to help with storage. Great product!

The charger worked great for 12 months, then would not charge.I contacted Form and was able to speak with Ron. I thought I would get the run around but Ron made things happen. In no time at all I was sent a replacement charger & back charging again.Thanks Ron !!
