I was very satisfied with the safe at first, until I tried programming my finger prints. At first, the safe would open with any fingerprint; including my roommates. After repeated attempts at programming my finger print and resetting the safe, it would still open with any fingerprint. After messing with the safe for approximately 30 minutes, I submitted a return and took it to UPS.

Bought it in November 2019, tonight February 2020 I heard a noise in my house at 3am, I reached for this gun safe and the finger reader is dead. I'm ok, not because I was able to get my gun safe open but because there was no one in my house. What would have happened if there was? Would he have heard me struggling to find the key and also how to open it in the dark? I'm beyond furious this box did not make a peep when it died, there was no warning no sound, nothing. If all else fails I guess you could throw this pos at your intruder but I'll be spending my money on something more reliable.

Ok so the instructions say push the button on the inside once to start loading your fingerprints. If you do that it won’t work and anyone can get in it. You have to push and release the button 3 times then begin loading. I checked it many times and even made sure my kids couldn’t open it. This works. I will say it’s only good for keeping it safe from little kids though. There is a huge gap if you try to lift the lid but for the purposes of my kids not being able to get in it definitely works. Adults could probably easily pry it open with the gap and a crowbar or something similar.

This safe isn’t too difficult to program with your fingerprints, but is temperamental after and doesn’t work that well. After a few tries, the mechanism locked into the open position and couldn’t be locked again even after using the key. There are better ones for about $25 more, and I would strongly recommend not purchasing this piece of junk.

I gave the star five products for how easy it is to open. I gave it one star because of how easy it is to open.What is the point of having a safe if everyone can open it? That's not safe! I programmed one of my fingerprints and then checked, realizing that every single one of my fingers could open the safe. then I had other family members test to safe including my young children and they could all open the safe without any programming whatsoever.then I deleted all of the fingerprints per the instructions, and the safe still opens with every single fingerprint.This company should be sued for calling this biometric box a safe, it is clearly not a safe and no one is safe if they intend on storing items that they want to protect in here

It is very heavy and sturdy however the fingerprint reader is garbage. I have tried 4 different fingers on both hands and it would take at a minimum 12 tries to get it to read and now it does not read any fingerprints even after being reset. I also don't care for the beep however if it is not going to read your fingerprint then the beep that may alert intruders is a moot point.

I read all the ratings before I bought and several folks said they had trouble but most reviews were positive. Well, it did not work. First off, the manual is awful, clearly written by someone for whom English is not their native tongue! I scanned my fingerprints, all went well and sure enough, it popped right open when I swiped my index finger. Great! Just what I wanted. My wife had not entered her prints yet so as a test, she swiped her index finger and..sound the clarion call..... it popped right open. My seven year old step-grandaughter swiped her pinkie finger and, you guessed it, it popped open again! I reset to factory condition and re-did the whole thing, no difference. It's been returned and I will buy elsewhere.DJK

This has some really cool features.First the fingerprint reader works. I have tested fingers that were programmed and ones that weren’t it has been accurate every time.Second it has elastic straps to hold things in place. Currently I can fit a full sized P320 with holster, 3 clips, and a 50 round box of 9mm.Lastly it comes with wall mounting brackets. A security wire to prevent grab and go.Love it.
