Joules Women's Wellibob Rain Boot

So cute! Easy on, easy off!! Perfect for those rainy days . Easy to clean.

Seriously I have no idea what I ever did without these wellies! I live in rainy Vancouver and it literally rains 80% of the year. I also live on a piece of property with a large garden and chickens. I got the bees pattern for my mother in-law and I bought myself the French Navy posey. I was skeptical about getting such a crazy colour but I LOVE them. I get so many compliments and people are always taking photos. A guy at work made me send him the Amazon link so he could buy his wife some. I will definitely be buying another pair. So easy to slip on and not clunky like a typical pair of boots. They are all around a great deal and IMO way better than the more expensive hunter boots.My only complaint is that the removable insole is super flimsy and kept moving around inside. Because it was so thin I could feel the boot stitching under my feet, which was annoying. I easily combated the problem by once again making another great Amazon purchase and getting some thick shoe inserts (I purchased "happystep" insoles). Worked like a charm and have had no issues since.**SIZING** I typically wear a size 10 in running shoes and between a 9-9.5 in heels. I followed all the other reviews and purchased a 9 in the wellibobs. Definitely size down and you will not be disappointed.

My wife works at a school, we get rain sometimes not often but we do. The weather is unpredictable sometimes. She mostly uses dress shoes and open toe shoes and I didn’t want her to get her feet wet. I found this at a really good price. She loved them because it is easy to get them on and off. She doesn’t like the tall rain boots. I am also glad I read the reviews as this ones run 1/2 to 1 size bigger so I did get her the right size.

I loved the design and they do what they need to do- keep my feet dry, but I had to wear thick socks or they were very sloppy on my feet when I walked...they run, imho, a full size too big.My niece wears a 10, I wear a 9...I gave them to her and they fit her perfectly. ( SHE LOVES THEM !) I was sad I couldn't keep them for me, but she loved them and is getting great use out of them. so there was a win from the purchase...but now I need to buy more for me.....

Based on reviews about the sizing, these rain boots fit as expected. I wear a 7.5 and because the boots run large, I ordered size 7. The boots fit perfectly for me! Roomy enough for thick socks but not so big they slide off when walking. The quality is good: thick rubber outer, sturdy sole, heel strap to help pull them on. There is a thin white fleece insert at the bottom of the boot that comes out easily. It's soft enough that my foot felt comfy when i tried on the boots barefoot. (I had to wear them around the house immediately cuz they're so cute.) The boot opening is wide so you can fit your foot in easily. I'll use these boots for gardening and to walk fearlessly in the rain! : ) I love the bees and yellow contrasts against the black boot. I passed up cheaper versions of boots that break easily and chose to spend a little more for some that will last. These are well worth the price. The fact that these rain boots are adorable is just a bonus.

Comfort wear

I originally followed customer reviews and sized down, purchasing a size 7 rather than my normal 8. Big mistake. The boot was easy to get on, but while walking, my foot would slide and my toes would hit the front of the shoe. I returned the boots and ordered my regular size. It fits perfectly now! You will definitely need to invest in a good insole for these boots. The one that comes with these boots is not attached and will slide around. There is no support in this boot, you must buy support separately if you want it. I purchased the Vomii for PU Memory Foam Insoles (yellow and blue colored) to put inside and they have been great so far. I can wear my boot now all day without worrying about my feet hurting. There is room for a thicker sock, even with the added insole. The boots are comfortable around the leg, as well, and do not rub or cut into the skin at all. Very sturdy boot that should last a long time!

When I saw the shoes straight out of the box, I thought "these cant possibly fit me," but I tried to fit it anyway and surprisingly my feet went in without me struggling. It was quite snugged (at 1 SIZE DOWN ) and once I took a few steps, I felt my pinky-toe rubbing against the rubber. I then tried them with boat socks (anything thicker would cause me great discomfort), and that relieved the pinky toe problem.HOWEVER, once actually wore these outside on a rainy (taking more steps), I realized I SHOULD NOT HAVE heeded t the sizing down recommendations (BAD IDEA, IMO). EVERY step was uncomfortable (because of the close fit), and IN ADDITION to the TIGHTNESS, there are no cushions in the sole of the shoes so I feel the impact on the surface when I walk. I have concluded that EVEN IF I had GITTEN my REGULAR SIZE, these boots would still be uncomfortable. I am sorry I didn't return them before wearing them.
