Great in the kitchen too!
The package states that these granules are good for your chickens, horses and other animals. Well, that might be so and lucky old them, but my wife and I love these granules too! They are delicious tossed into salads, when added to the frying pan for fish, stir fries, fried onions etc. I add them to sauces and gravy and any other chance I get to use them in the kitchen (guess who does the cooking). The taste and quality are superb and this is a far more convenient and cheaper way to buy dried garlic that the small jars sold in shops. My wife agrees and although we don't have any horses or chickens, if we did then I reckon they'd agree too. I think you'll be just as pleased.
