I was very pleased upon this ink arriving in the mail. It was packaged very nicely AND it's in genuine Epson ink bottles. I'm not sure of it is genuine ink, but they don't appear to have been used, were vacuume sealed and I cannot tell any difference in print quality! Need 502 Epson Ink? Look no further!

All 1 star reviews are probably fake; the product works very well, the colours are beautiful and vibrant.Note for filling: put the bottle in: DO NOT squeeze them! If the ink isn't pouring, try to wiggle it at bit or turn it around and should work!The bottles worked for me really well, maybe except for 1 but all I did was carefully squeezed it then I did a printer Nozzle cleaning and everything works as intended!No need to buy any 'original' inks because all inks are pretty much the same...p.s why spend on a 1 time use Waste Maintenance container when you can just empty it yourself in a environmental friendly shop...b.s just to spend more money with Epson.Buy with confidence!

So I had purchased these in the past well only once before as this type of printer runs forever on full tanks, but I placed the nozzle on the valve as normal, the fluid in the bottle drained normally into the tank but when I tried to remove the bottle from the top of the tank, there was a lot of excess that dripped everywhere which kinda sucks...I cleaned it up and tried the others and out of 5, 2 were leakers so not sure there.Print quality is holding up well enough, as I don't monitor the actual sheets printed I would not be able to provide you with accurate numbers, but I usually print 50,000 sheets per year so it's up there and not many photo quality prints tho I have done a couple and it printed...ok but not photo quality, which may have been a dirty print head or just lower quality ink.Either way, if you are just printing why pay retail when you can buy this and save!

The product looks like it is not a name brand that everyone knows. It seems to me that it is just re-used ink bottles filled with ink. But it's ink and it works just like ink should. Really? is this product review really necessary? Anyways it's ink. It's cheap, and it's.... ink.

Cant tell any difference from OEM except the price. These Ecotank printers are amazing. Currently at over 6000 pages of printing in one year(we homeschool) and just replaced the ink. I cant even imagine how many inkjets I would have gone through by this point
